4999be's commitment to responsible gaming

Your enjoyment is our priority — and keeping gaming safe and in control is equally important.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online gaming is an entertaining experience — but it stays enjoyable only when you play consciously and in a controlled way. 4999be believes every player has the right to enjoy gaming in a safe environment. That is why we have placed responsible gaming principles at the heart of our platform from the very start.

Responsible gaming means playing with awareness, managing your own budget, knowing when to take a break, and seeking help when needed. At 4999be we provide every player with tools and information that help keep their gaming experience healthy and enjoyable. Only those aged 21 or above may register and play on our platform.

Remember — gaming is for entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. Placing more bets to chase losses is never the right decision. 4999be will always be by your side — not just in the gaming lobby, but to support your peace of mind as well.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

If any of the following apply to your life, it is important to take a break and seek help.

A recurring urge to bet more and more in order to recover lost money.
Continuing to play beyond your budget or borrowing money to gamble.
Repeatedly trying to stop gaming but failing each time.
Prioritising gaming over family, friends, or work.
Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when not gaming.
Gaming interfering with sleep, eating, or daily responsibilities.
Hiding your gaming activity from family or lying about it.
Seeing gaming as the only way to escape problems in your life.

Healthy Habits for Safe Gaming

Set your budget first

Before you start gaming, decide how much you will spend and never go beyond that limit.

Set a time limit

Decide in advance the maximum time you will play each session and use an alarm or timer.

Treat it as entertainment

Think of gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Losing is a normal part of the game.

Take regular breaks

Instead of gaming for long stretches at a time, take breaks in between — spend time with family or go for a walk.

Do not play under stress

Gaming when angry, sad, or stressed can lead to poor decisions. Play with a clear head.

Stop after a win

After a big win, do not fall into the trap of giving it all back. Withdraw part of your winnings and play again later.

Use the tools available

Deposit limits and session timers are built for you. Use them regularly.

There is no shame in asking for help

If something feels wrong, talk to the support team via live chat. We will help without any judgement.

Common Questions about Responsible Gaming

After logging in to your account, go to the Account Settings section and select the "Responsible Gaming" option. There you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately once set. If you need any help, contact our support team via live chat.

Self-exclusion can be taken for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no gaming or financial transactions will be possible. Any attempt to open a new account while self-exclusion is active will be cancelled. Contact us via live chat to learn more.

A time-out is a temporary break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — that lifts automatically once the period ends. Self-exclusion is longer-term and stricter — it runs from 3 months up to 1 year and cannot be changed before the period expires. Choose the option that best fits your situation.

4999be verifies age during registration and only those aged 21 or above can open an account. To keep underage family members safe, use parental control software on your device. Keep your login details secure and do not hand over a logged-in device to others. If you think a minor has used your account, contact support immediately.

First, activate self-exclusion to pause your gaming. Then speak with our support team via 24/7 live chat — they will help in Bangla. Open up to family and trusted friends about what you are going through. Consulting a mental health professional is also very effective. Remember — asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing or cancelling a limit involves a waiting period — this delay is intentional so that decisions are not made on impulse. Contact the support team for any changes.
